After this case was turned into retrial by the Court of Appeals, today after reading the indictment by prosecutor Ali Uka, the accused Tasim pleaded guilty while accused Nasip again was acquitted.
But Judge Nikolla Komani refused to plead guilty to accused Tasim, arguing that the criminal act was committed in co-ordination.
In today's judgment witness Blerim Kastrati said that disagreements between the two families over their bus lines had begun much earlier.
The prosecution claims that Tasim and Nasip Zhuqi, in March 2016 at the Prizren-Gjakova magistrate, near the village of Xrxa, in co-ordination have already deprived the late Nuredin Kastrati of life from Prizren.
In his confession, Blerim Kastrati said that accused Tasim Zhuqi had first driven them and had taken his way and then hit them by car.
After we stopped, Tasim opened the car door where my brother and Bardhil Gashi were on the driver's side, and then we were pushed out with our hands and then split up some people nearby. We have continued to walk”, the witness said.
