France's defender and Manchester City, Benjamin Mendy, has reacted epicly to United States President Donald Trump, reminding the American leader of his country's recent World Cup success.
President Trump and the president of France, Emmanuel Macron, are at war of speech recently.
The French leader rebuked his American counterpart during a speech condemning nationalism Sunday during Trump's visit to France.
“Patriosis is the very opposite of nationalism. Nationalism is the betrayal of patriotism. When you say our interest comes first, and the interests of others don't matter, that way you eliminate the most valuable thing of a nation, the one that gives life and makes the nation great: its moral values”, Macron said on Sunday.
But, Trump, a man who is not deterred from the challenges, reacted to Macron on Tuesday to social networks.
The problem is that Emmanuel suffers from very low popularity in France, only 26%, as well as from the unemployment rate of 10%”, Trump, whose popularity in France is only 9 percent.
