In a proposal for the French press, he has confirmed that Kosovo already has the decision to establish its army, until it has announced that it has even met Angela Merkel.
According to the French press, besides earlier disagreements between Kosovo and Serbia, the establishment of the military will become another dispute between the two sides.
AFP writes that this decision has provoked anger by Kosovo's ethnic Serb minority as well as Serbia.
NATO, which leads a military force that guarantees Kosovo's security, has also expressed serious reserves, the French media emphasises.
