He was traveling at speeds twice the allowed limit of 60 miles [95 km] per hour in the area, where only up to 30 miles [50 km] per hour were allowed.

The boy had four friends in his car and was speculated that he was trying to impress friends with his driving skills, the BBC reports.
Now he faces severe punishment. Officially, the driver's drive has been banned for four weeks, while police have said he could return the driver's license only after a expensive “removal”. He also faces a 200-euro fine, two points in his license, and a testing period as a new driver has lasted from two to four years.
