The Randa Crime Department has accepted a case described as attempted murder.
The case occurred in 31,10,2018, in the village of Dujaka . . Gjakova, where defendant A.J., after a previous dispute with the injured S.A., from the village of Dujak, deliberately attempted to deprive him of life.
The same has caused serious body injuries with firearms, where also slight bodily injuries have caused the son of B.A.
According to the media statement, defendant A.J., from the moment of the critical case has escaped, voluntarily presenting himself to the police with 05.11.2018.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova after receiving his criminal pre-conception and analysis, has applied for the appointment of a month-long detention measure against defendants A.J., where the same move has been pronounced.
