Serbian list holds Parliament hostage, cause of which six bills are not put to vote

These are the points the Serbian List disagrees on.
1. Voting the annual Report by the Kosovo Memorial Management Agency for 2017,
2. Bill No. 06/ L-010 for Noteria,
3. Proposal-result vote by parliamentary debate on dialogue with Serbia,
4. Bill No. 06/L-067 for completing and changing Law No. 04/L-063 for Kosovo Railways,
5. Bill No. 06/L-038 for postal services,
6. Second reading vote of the Mine and Mine Bill,
