Serbian businessman Radovan Mijatovic, owner of the company Hemotehna in Subotica, has said that unless any initiative is taken to remove the tax imposed by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, then Serbian businesses will soon lose the market in Kosovo.
The situation is currently three times worse than a year ago, a similar measure was presented for flour”, Mijatovic said of the news agency Betaão, the Express broadcast.
“We are losing the market seriously, especially because some domestic companies cannot export to remote markets due to the nature of goods”, the Serbian businessman has added further.
According to him, a division should be made between politics and the economy.
He has shown how now after the tax is imposed his company has to pay 5,000 euros more for products it wants to export to the Republic of Kosovo.
