Russia announced today that it will host an international meeting for Afghanistan on November 9th, where representatives of the Afghan and Taliban government are expected to participate.
Afghan President Ashraf Ghan and the Taliban movement both sides appeared ready to send delegations, the Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry said in a communique published today.
” This is the first time that a delegation of the Taliban Political Office in Daho participates in talks on this level”, correctly the communique.
