Also, Pompeo at this meeting has asked Kosovo authorities to abolish the 100% tax on Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“Secretary has encouraged Kosovo to seize the rare opportunity for reaching the agreement on normalising relations with Serbia, with the European Union's mediation. He has asked Kosovo authorities to abolish the tariffs set for imports from Serbia and Bosnia, and to work with the Serbian state to avoid provocations and tensions. Normalisation of the Kosovo- Serbia is the only way to pave the way for both states to the Western community. The US is ready to support the parties for achieving a sustainable, applicable solution and such as adding stability”, Kosovo follows.
The US secretary has congratulated Thaci on, as it says, the big steps made over a decade since declaring independence.
