Kosovo Police Inspector (IPK), respectively, has launched a preliminary investigation after publishing a video initially at the “Calxo.com” (with the title “Kosovo Police abuses the person they accuse of being a member of LGBTI” and then the same video is published in other portals.
Investigations, the IPK says, have been launched yesterday under official duty (ex officio) over the suspicion that police officials committed criminal work “Kest treatment during the exercise of official duty or public authorisation” prior to Article 198 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code and criminal act “Photo and other unauthorized recordings”.
IPK investigators during the preliminary investigation have collected some evidence as well as identified five police officials suspected of the case.
IPK investigators have also realized that these police officials had not opened up cases regarding the complaint about the complaint about the crash.
Kosovo Police Inspectorate recommended yesterday (16.11.18) Kosovo Police suspend these five police officials at the South Police Station (Pristina Regional Director) until the end of this probe”, the report said.
According to the IPK's recommendation that all five police officials suspected in this case have been suspended by Kosovo Police.
In this case, the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutorial Prosecutor's Office has also been contacted and with the recommendation of the same case will continue in regular procedure.
