Kosovo's police inspector had launched investigations shortly after the release of a video at the “Caltoxo.com”, where police officers are heard abusing the person in question, KTV reports.
Investigations have begun with suspicion that police officials have committed criminal work “Kest treatment during the exercise of official duty or public authorization”.
The IPK during the preliminary investigation has identified five police officials suspected of the case, who also had no case in connection with the complainer's statement of deportation.
In this case, the guardian prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pristina and with the recommendation of the same case has been contacted, and this case will continue in regular procedure.
Two persons who had been detained by the Kosovo Police, as seen and heard in the video, had had a disagreement between themselves, which had been traced to knife knock.
