Irresponsible police, who dress with police power, abuse it for arrogant and irresponsible behavior on the street. We have often seen how different Kosovo Police cars violate communications regulations, even though they are not involved in any particular operation.
A citizen has captured the video moments when a police car, in the Gjilan-Pristina magistrate, more precisely in Mramor, exceeds at least twice in full line, seriously jeopardising other participants in communications.
Police cars are not seen as having any urgency, otherwise there would be a siren activated, yet there is no preventment of overcoming other automities in dangerous spaces, with severe curves and other cars. /Periscopi/
