Kosovo Police, the Directorate for Organised Crime Investigation, respectively, have undertaken a broad police operation called “TAGAT”
The police operation has been extended to the entire territory of Kosovo and aimed at identifying unregistered cars, which have been imported from European states and in the country of origin, reportedly, had already paid only provisional insurance in our country, broadcast Indescsonline.
The police operation, conducted from 1510.18 to 1211.18, has resulted in control of a large number of cars, among which 131 cars have been seized, which have been sent to Kosovo Customs for continuing customs procedures. Also confiscated have been two cars allegedly stolen”, the media communiqué reported.
Police pressure has been stressed that it will continue with such activities in the future as well so that such illegal acts will be downplayed, roads will be safer and the country's budget will not be damaged.
