The vast majority of Kosovo municipalities during the first nine months of this year have failed to spend even 50% of the budget for realisation of capital projects. The worst in this direction lies the Mamushha and Kamenica municipality, until it is best to spend resources on capital projects, the Mitrovica municipality and Leposaviqi.
Nearly all municipalities in the country during the first nine months of this year have failed to exploit even half of the pre-priced budget for realisation of capital projects. The nine-month report by the Ministry of Finance (MF) is seen that during the first 3-month of this year's Drensa Community, which is headed by Ramiz Ladrovci, it has managed to spend only 25 per cent of the budget prior to that end, where of the original 4.8m euros it has spent only 1.2m euros.
In this bad direction lies the Fushe Kosovo Community, which is led by Burim Berisha. According to official data it is seen that of the first 6.3m euros it has spent only 1.9m, or 31% of the previous budget. A little better than the two is the Lipjan Community, which is headed by Imri Ahmeti, where of the first 4.9m euros it spent for the first nine months of 2.3m euros, or 46% of the budget intended for that purpose.
