Shacir Sylmetaj is accused of having dined and consumed alcoholic beverages along with the victim, and she had her health deteriorated, and instead of taking her to the hospital, she had taken her mother.

At today's session, in front of the chairman of the Sacir Zika court, Ajmone Sylaj, the mother of the late Arjeta, said she was aware of her daughter's connection with the accused Shacir Sylmetaj for three years in a row and that the same have been loved among themselves.
Increduled by her daughter's death, she added that her daughter did not consume alcohol, but that such a case was meant to happen.
And the critical day I knew that they both went out together and a couple of hours later she called me Shaqiri and she told me that my daughter had lost consciousness, and I told her to bring me home”, said witness Eymone Sylaj.
And then we took her to the hospital, but the doctors told me she was dead”, she confessed.
In the question of Judge Zika's whether he wants the accused to be punished, Ajmone Sylaj said he does not demand that Shaqir Sylmetaj be punished or does not require much of the money.
He asked to take care of me, because I don't have anybody else”, the witness said.
Today's trial Seana was led by Schikir Zika, assisted by Judges Myfera Hoxha and Manduhije Syla.
After Eymone Sylajt also witnessed forensic expert Musa Gashi, who said that the amount of alcohol found in the body of the now deceased has led to her unnatural death.

If the deceased had been chronic consumption of alcohol, in the examination we would have found damaged organs, but her organs were in order, so the result of death is acute alcohol abuse”, said expert Gashi.
The trial continues with the questioning of accused Sylmetaj.
Shaqiri Sylmetaj, in the presence of his lawyer, Ndek Dodaj, said he and the deceased had consumed four bottles of red wine and a glass of brandy. He stressed that the deceased had been in good condition and that he had warned Ariita not to drink too much.
Prosecutor Ali Uka asked the accused if they had had sex with the deceased that day.
In his reply, he said that sex had been on the way out - before I felt it would lose consciousness.
The moment I realized that Arjeta lost consciousness I immediately called her mother and sent her home, but I didn't think she'd die in that state of”, said accused Shacir Sylmetaj.
After his confession to the occasion, Shacir Sylmetaj, asking the Court to release him from the prosecution, he tearfully expressed condolences and forgiveness to the victim's family.
While the defendant's defender, lawyer Ndek Dodaj, offered the judge to release the defendant from his indictment, arguing that his actions do not contain elements of the criminal act, but simply that the case has occurred.
Meanwhile, prosecutor Ali Uka points out before the court that he does rescinding the criminal act, since the time of the criminal act already went into effect the Code in 2013 and that the most favourable law must be implemented for the accused, thus asking the Court to condemn the same and impose it on the payment of procedural expenses.
In this case, the plea will take place Friday.
