According to the indictment, civil servant G. The U.S., allegedly that during 2008 until 2018, it has misused its official position, allegedly committing the criminal act of embezzlement by Article 425, as well as misuse of official duty, by Article 421 of the Penal Code.
“In order for the criminal procedure against the defendants to be carried out objectively and unhindered, without prejudging the outcome of the process, as well as in accordance with Article 69 of the Law for Civil Service of the Republic of Kosovo, the mayor of the Drensian municipality Ramiz Ladrovci has made the decision that civil servant G. St. suspended from work, until the final verdict of court”, it is said in the communiqué issued by the municipality.
