Krasniqi: The country needs an emergency in the justice system.

In Kosovo for years we have misheard a figurative saying: “catching large fish”! The word was and is about the leaders of major economic and political crimes that were to be condemned by the justice system! Which the system after the liberation war has never once dealt with war crimes committed against Albanians, with war sabotagers, with enemy collaborators, enemies who exercised genocide over Albanians, to eliminate the latter completely or in part. It is the system that for all crime systems committed a Kosovo since 2000, has been and continues to be asleep. This system of justice has to change from its foundation. Look for it, little one of hope! We're going back to the theme we started.

It's interesting, the same thing, the same mistake, they've been repeating it recently after Albania and Europe. Understandably, quite wrong! Why? Because even there (a Europe and Albania), it's like they're chasing big fish! The bad news is that <x0 action” like (minor like that!) they're doing something to them, the powerful, outside the borders of our countries! That the powerful in our country are elusive! Those who see, read and listen to the immigrants of the powerful - dressed people, of the people who risk the fruits of the great sacrifices of the nation, who violate the laws of the Constitution, and who are not bound by the hook of justice. Justice you can't afford without paper. Just as nowhere is faced, catching the big fish from the little fish!

In Albania as well as in Kosovo, they have forgotten popular wisdom: “Peshk eats the baby” and not the opposite. In both countries they're looking for “justice system”, which are completely dysfunctional, that little fish would catch the big fish? Why, our fish have even caught fishing large fish for one Europe? Even if we get ditrams for our fish?

Do you think we all don't know that little fish are daily victims of large fish? There might even be an exception, like those little Amazon-Piran fish!

We, Albanians in both our countries, would be fortunate as if the great “balances of politics were delivered themselves to little fish! That hardly happens. He would even set the precedent. Some kind of paradox nosens! Since, at least so far it has not been heard that this has happened somewhere in our world <x2jane”! Perhaps in the time of right “lenism” can things change?

With this infant democracy (which someone is calling: “Right Leninism”?) is it hard to eat the big fish. If only we had the highest kind of democracy! That's it! But where do we find perfect democracy? She is not even one in her homeland! Maybe something like that would happen! But in our case, this is impossible.

One thing known and certain is that only a crocodile eats both fish at once. What is seen in this picture can be very rare. Our freshwater waters cannot feed crocodiles, perhaps because of water and environmental pollution!

However, the country urgently needs a “crocodil<x1 local and land resources to consolidate the rule of law. Otherwise, the ten-year heads of independent state institutions that have created this situation cannot bring about the change the nation of our country needs, or, rather, our nation and states! On the contrary, there can be only deterioration! The leaders make the right and right decisions and are not photographed in front of cameras and photoreporters!

The disaster is that the responsibilities of this situation are not found only in one political party, nor only in the ruling coalition! They are found in each political party. Whether they belong to both sides of Leninism “the right of the left” is unknown, but it is unlikely to match Leninism that it dominated nearly a century! It's about the past century. Let the past be forgotten.
