Kosovo Police Director for InTERPOL Failure: Guilty Is Politics

Kosovo Police General Director Rashit Qalaj has been declared after Kosovo's failure to become a member of INTEPOL.

His decision-making in today's vote was entirely political.

I think it has nothing to do with the police field but politics, or geopolitical. Most delegations have said we still have no political stance on your country. Normally we've waited for the decisions to be police, unfortunately it happened”

Qalaj saw positive the fact that Kosovo has had the support of democratic countries.

He added that this decision would not disappoint and that next year they would still try to be part of INTERPOL.
