“It is a total failure of the justice organs not to bring in cases of murder, primarily directed by LDK activists, not one. Politics is what's interfering with this situation, politics is what's hindering these murders, only politics needs to be directed... The State Prosecutor is the one to be asked by the Kosovo Intelligence Service and the entire political structure of Kosovo that speaks of knowing about these murders”, Mustafa said.

While LDK deputy chairman Agim Veliu said they must constantly pressure justice bodies for this case to be resolved. According to him constantly at every anniversary, they are repeating their words, seeking justice, because this is not happening. Veliu added that no one can be calm until this case is white.

“We remember Xhemail Mustafa, remembering his work and work, because he is one of the biggest contributors to LDK and Kosovo. Unfortunately and on this anniversary, we must ask the law organs to make the case dawn as soon as possible, because we cannot be calm until justice has spoken its word. Every anniversary we want to ask for this. Finally, it is good for the law organs, the state to act in this case. And Xhemail Mustafa's son, Bessian, who is also LDK spokesman, has indicated that without dawn, there will be no justice for all of Kosovo's people either. According to him, in order to break free from crime, these political murders should be dawned as soon as possible.

The case of my father's murder and all those LDK activists and other leaders is not just about our family, but there will be no justice for all the people of Kosovo, because the fate of these leaders and the fate of the people of Kosovo are closely related. Therefore, to have justice for the people of Kosovo, to follow justice, order and law for all of Kosovo must first have justice for these murders that occurred after the war, during the war... all these killings of political character must be whitened as soon as we are released from crime”, Mustafa said.

Xhemail Mustafa has been one of the first LDK activists, very close associate with President Rugova.

The LDK's family and activists have always claimed that this murder and other murders of their activists were done on political grounds.
