Haradinaj: We suspended our decision on social property because we respect the Constitutional Court

For this government decision, Republic of Kosovo President Hashim Thaci had confirmed in the interview for Periscope that the case would lead to the Constitutional Court.

Haradinaj, in an interview for Periscope, has been asked whether the pending decision resulted in President Thaci's threat.

We have approximately one approach. If a government decision is under way, we suspend it because we express respect for the Constitutional Court and the decisions it will bring. If the subject is in the Constitutional Court, then we suspend implementation until a decision is made”, he said.

He has commented also on what President Thaci said when he stressed that the Government's decision could be the start of a process for the deployment of Republika Srpska to Kosovo.

This is an exaggeration now. However, we are open to any remarks, such as the president of any kind, to protect national interest. If a government action really endangers national interest, we're immediately more and more attractive”, he said.

Haradinaj said this decision was isolated not only for northern municipalities, but for all Kosovo municipalities. /Periscope.
