Haradinaj gives 100 thousand euros to President Thaci

The Kosovo government has approved the request of the president's Office for the separation of 100 thousand euros.

This figure is dedicated to paying consultant for American company “Belard Partners”.

This decision was made at today's Kosovo government meeting.

The government of the Republic of Kosovo has been informed today of the implementation of the project for sewage treatment and the process of resolving the status of firefighters in the Republic of Kosovo.

One of the best news regarding fire departments and other special services is the adoption of the document on Local Power Finances, which paves the way for the new law that will carry their budget to the central level. Firefighters have so far been managed by the central level, but paid off from the local budget. Now, with the new law being followed by this concept, the status of firefighters will be permanently resolved and the way will be opened for new jobs, better working conditions and better pay.

The government cabinet has also been informed of promoting transportation for clean environments, which recommends preparing a package of relief measures for hybrid/electric car buyers in order to promote this type of cars according to practices implemented in the European Union. The recommendation for public institutions to replace their means of transportation with this type of car has also been considered.

The Kosovo government has also been informed of preparations for introducing the National Waste Management Strategy. The prime minister has estimated that Kosovo needs a national waste treatment strategy in order for Kosovo to develop towards an ecological and clean environment.

At today's meeting, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has reviewed the report on implementation of the Agency for European Reform 2016-2018, and has considered the agenda of the agenda's priorities for European Reform HINA II for 2019.

The High Education Bill in the Republic of Kosovo has received the approval of the Government of Kosovo. The bill defines the principles, objectives and organisation of higher education, as well as rules for creation, organisation, functioning, closure, financing, accreditation and licensing institutions of higher education in the Republic of Kosovo.

It has received the approval of the government cabinet as well as the draft bill for ratification of the credit agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and Uniredi Bak Austria AG for the sewage removal project in the Podujevo municipality.

The Categorisation and way of paying trainers at the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration will regulate administrative guidance adopted today at the Government Meeting.

The Kosovo government, at today's meeting, has reviewed and adopted the concept of the document on local government finances.

It has also received approval from the government cabinet, as well as the Government Commission's request for missing persons for the appointment of a financial sum for families of missing persons in the event of the ceremony's organisation to redepend on missing persons' morto remains. Support value is 400 (four hundred) euros.

The government cabinet has also approved the decision to approve the request of the President's Office for the separation of financial means in many of $100,000 for the payment of consultancy for the American company Ballard Partners.

Even the Mitrovica municipality's demand for the allocation of financial means worth 200 thousand euros for paying off obligations for supplies of medical medicine and provision to health institutions in this municipality has received the Government's approval at today's meeting.

Kosovo's government has approved the decision to recommend the president of the Republic of Kosovo to authorise the signing of three credit agreements with Uniredit Bank Austria AG for funding projects: construction of the drinking water factory in the Gravanica municipality; construction of the drinking water factory in the municipality of Istog; and the project to treat sewage in the Forum municipality.

The government at today's meeting has reviewed and approved the decision on provisional exploitation of property recorded on behalf of Prizren Regional Hospital, which is not in use, for the need of the Basic Prosecutor in Prizren.

Even the government cabinet's other decision on carrying property to the University Clinic Centre owned by the Pristina municipality has been adopted today at the Government's meeting. The burden of this property is done in order to address the German Embassy's request for the construction of the embassy's facilities in this space.

The cabinet's approval has also taken the decision to establish the advisory board for the Investment and Support Agency of Enterprises in Kosovo.

The government has approved in principle the initiative to sign the Joint Declaration for Co-operation with the EFTA countries, consisting of Iceland, Liechtenstein Principata, the Kingdom of Norway and the Swiss Confederata.

The draft has been adopted for ratification of the additional protocol V of the CEFT agreement.

The government cabinet has also been informed of developments in the process of consolidating and functioning “Trepce”, while the Minister of Foreign Affairs has demanded all government structures to respect the Law on International Agreements in the process of negotiating and linking various international agreements.

The Security Force Minister has requested and the government has approved the decision that real estate with the Security Force Ministry, so far exploited by KFOR, be passed into the ownership of the Kosovo Security Force.
