He appeared at the police station and was ordered to go to the Court on November 26th. This is not the first case the 60-year-old has problems with the law. In 2014 Baldwin was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Police told US media that the actor claims that one of his family had taken up parking space for her car when another person suddenly took over.
Authorities said the two men argued sharply, before the actor fired a 49-year-old fist involved in the conflict. He was sent to the hospital with severe jaw pain. After being charged with physical assault, Baldwin denied having hit him. Serry among them occurred on Friday in Manhattan. Source TMZ
