Edi Rama: It's time to remove the taxes south, and put them 100% north.

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has said that Kosovo and Albania will remove all taxes between themselves for the first quarter of 2013. Rama said the tariffs between Albanians should be removed and placed in the north -- that is, against Serbia. It's time to have zero fees in the south, and 100% fees in the north. [...]
Rama said the tariffs between Albanians should be removed and placed in the north -- that is, against Serbia.
It's time to have zero fees in the south, and 100% fees in the north. We will have zero tariffs on Albanian borders in the first six months of 2016. Within the first quarter of next year, given in Kosovo as a document, it will be considered as a document issued in Albania and vice versa”, Rama said at the meeting of two Albanian governments.
Edi Rama used a language differently than other times by sharply criticising Serbia and the EU, saying Albanians will make agreements for Roaming.
“We are Albanians and Albanians, and not Serbs. Since they don't want us to be part of the Roumingu deal, we make our own deal. It will become a unification of all joint data in access to borders. The data will be on the outside perimeter of Kosovo and Albania”, he continued, writes Periscopi.
He said Serbia has many faces on different presentations.
I have said that our relationship with Serbia is in long-term strategic. Serbia must have a face. Not three, one for Kosovo, one for Albania, one for the European Union”, Edi Rama said.
The Albanian prime minister extended a public invitation to Prime Minister Haradinaj to share a joint fund between the two foreign ministries, which would be used to analyse co-operation between Kosovo and Albania.
“FI Prime Minister Haradinaj to make a joint fund for the two foreign ministries to make an analytical document “Albania and Kosovo on the long track of economic union”. The EU should end its two-face approach, one for Albania and one for Kosovo”, Rama said. / PERISCOP/
