Edi Rama: What the fuck, stop treating Kosovo as an incomplete state

In his address to the gathering of two Albanian governments, Prime Minister Edi Rama has said Kosovo is a full state. He has cited dialogue with Serbia, which he says Kosovo is always being honest about dialogue.

He has said Kosovo's 100 per cent tariff on Serbian goods is a political response to Serbia's behaviour.

He has also mentioned a tip that the foreign minister, whom Kosovo has been asked in a speech, has not referred to as ʹpublish of Kosovo”.
