The office of former Swiss Senator Dick Marty has denied that Marty was declared about the Special Court, as Serbian media reported.
The Tanjug news agency wrote that Marty had said that the Special Court was expected soon to arrest those known in Kosovo as the big “weight”.
Such a thing has been flatly denied by Marty's office, saying he has not issued such statements about the Special Court.
“Z. Marty has made no statements on this issue, nor is she planning to address the issue in general”, reportedly in the response given to the Journal Express.
News with these “declaration” of Marty was first published at an Albanian news agency called “Our Presevo” operating in Serbia, from which even Serbian media have received the news.
This report said Marty had declared that the Special Court would be not against the KLA war, but against those who misuse this war.
