Even the national song and dance ensemble “Shota” has 13 thousand and 900 euros in debt, the Kosovo Archaeological Institute 10 thousand. As far as obligations are concerned, the Kosovo National Ballet leads. For display “La Corsaire”, which was given the premiere in early October and the new project concreteised in early December, the BKK has obligations of 50,000 euros. The Kosovo Archaeological Institute has been hit as far as reality is concerned. Capital projects such as excavations at Dresnic and Ulpiana archaeological sites have also been suspended. Currently, the IAK owes about 10,000 euros
Paying problems have included the Kosovo National Theatre. But currently this institution has no obligation to the project collaborators that have been completed.
While institutional leaders are skeptical about a solution, the Ministry of Culture plans since the beginning of 2019 institutions to enjoy financial independence through budgetary subcodes.
