Serbia's prime minister Ana Brnabic has announced to the citizens of Serbia that on behalf of the Government of Serbia and, according to it, in line with the CEFTA agreement, has sent the Secretariat of this institution a formal request for direct consultations under the joint committee.
The “those from tomorrow, from receiving the application, have 90 calendar days to resolve the problem Pristina has made with direct breach of the agreement in direct consultations”, has explained to reporters according to Serbian media.
It has warned that unless joint consultations start or the problem is resolved within 90 days, Serbia in line with the CEFTA agreement will start the procedure before the arbitrage Court.
The request, apart from the CEFTA Secretariat, has been submitted to UNMIK as signatories for Kosovo's territory, as well as to the UN secretary-general.
Brnabici has reiterated this time again that Serbia will not put countermatures against Kosovo's decision on heels in Serbian malls.
