The 100 percent import tax has also affected Bosnia, the state that is “condemned” along with Serbia.
According to statistics, Bosnia exports goods worth over 80m euros to Kosovo, and that move has hit it hard.
Trade Minister Mirko Savovic has reacted by saying the trucks are turning back and this tax is unfair.
“We have asked Pristina to step down this move immediately, we have also requested the immediate intervention of Brussels. This decision is contrary to regional co-operation and the spirit of good relations. This issue already belongs to Brussels, Bosnia has spent all its ways to react to this”, Srovic stressed.
