The news of the Gazeta Insander has confirmed Charaqi herself, adding that it meets all conditions for this position.

Astrit Haraqi has been minister of culture in 2014-2017.
On December 15, 2016, Pristina's Constitutional Court had pronounced sentence on Astrit Haraqi for misusing official office.
But in June 2017, the Court of Appeals had taken over the liberation act of Haraci and Valton Beqiri, two former culture ministers.
They were suspected of funding a movie that the Prosecutors claimed was never done.
ATK's top position reported to be former candidate PDK for mayor of Prizren, Shacir Totaj.
The competition for the Tax Administration's party has been postponed until November 16th.
Sakip Imer currently heads this institution.
