(8 years ago)At the Basic Court of Peja on Friday, judicial review has ended in the case of the indictment filed in December 2015 by Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj against Peja Chairman Gazmend Muharzier, for “slandering and lying”, Koha Ditore reports. Haradinaj had indicted Muhajer for compensation for the damage of 250,000 euros, [...]
Haradinaj had indicted Muhajer for compensation of 250 thousand euros, following several statements by Muharır, allegedly given in November 2015 to the Austrian newspaper “Der Standard”, in which he had accused Haradinaj of still making money from controlling oil business and fortune play.
At the end of the session, after Haradinaj's and Mujarır's legal representative gave their final word, the subject's judge, Ganimet Puka, said the decision would be announced on December 5th.
