The argument of criminal prosecution comes about one of the recent protests organised in the Astiri area in Tirana, where citizens for about a month protest the government's decision to tear down their homes.
Three are the criminal acts the police accuse the deputies and the DP chairman Basha, organising and participating in illegal gatherings, disrupting public calm and obstructing vehicle flow. Among the prosecuted deputies are Ervin Saliannji, Klevis Balliu, Flamur Noka, Genc Pollo, Gent Strazimiri, Aldo Bumci and Enkeleed Alibeaj.
On the date 23.11.2018, it referred to materials in the Prosecution near the Court of the First Century Tirana for citizens L. B., E. S., K.B., F. N., E.A., G. P., A.B., L. P., St. S., G. S., E. F., B.G., M. F., L.C., B. G., age 44, 30, 29, 46, 45, 55, 44, 51, 45, 49, 36, 51, 61, 51 and 32, residents in Tirana of criminal acts envisioned by Article 262, 274 and 293 of the Criminal Code. ”- reported on police announcement.
