The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj has filed charges against Morena Taraku on November 9th 2017, with the argument that the same has committed criminal work “preventing the official person from performing official duties”.
On Wednesday at the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, the Kacanik branch, has been held initial review of Morena Taraku, accused of obstructing the official person in performing official duties.
According to the report provided by “Justice Vow fight”, following reading the indictment by prosecutor Agim Kuka, the defendant Taraku has not pleaded guilty to the work placed on him.
Under these circumstances, the court judge, Shabi Idrizi, has instructed the accused Taraku and her defender, lawyer Fehmije Gashi, that within 30 days they have the right to present in court the objection of evidence and request to cast the indictment.
In the record, however, it is said that for the next session the parties will be invited through the invitation.
Otherwise, Judge Idrizi, for “Justice Vow”, has indicated that lawyer Gashi has filed a request in court that, in the event it is continued with the main review, the same one kept on closed doors to the public.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj has filed charges against Morena Taraku on November 9th 2017, with the argument that the same has committed the same criminal work “preventing the official person from performing official duties”, from Article 409, paragraph 4 over paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
According to the indictment, Taraku on May 17, 2014, around 17:05, in Han Elez, at the border entry point of the Republic of Macedonia, respectively, during the raid by police officials, after initially strongly insulting them, has attempted to prevent the police officer from damaging Victory Mijak in carrying out official office.
The indictment is said to have disobeyed the official order, and has resisted by pushing the police, wounding him in the first finger of the right hand, with the case of the injured Mjak causing slight bodily injury, which is described in last October 7th legal expertise.
