Five witnesses have been given their testimony, including the court's guest, gynecology expert Flora Beleg Spahija. The Court of Appeals had decided on the retrial of this case. Hilmi Zena, former husband of Antigona Morina, is accused of committing the criminal act of failing to perform family obligations. He had not sent her to the doctor when she was bleeding. Despite his heavy condition, he has been found to continue his sexual relations with him.
