The European Commission, on September 12th, had decided that the return to summer count for the last time would take place on March 31st 2019, while it was abolished in October 2019.
Since 2002, The EU had estimated that exchanges were necessary in the last week of March and last week of October.
So tomorrow (day) is expected to change the time when the scorpions at 3: 00 a.m. will be back at 2.
The summer - winter crossing was first marked in 1916 in northern European countries, while until now it has settled in about 70 countries, mainly in the northern hemisphere.
