In Playstation you can put a message with different characters that can disrupt the device, transmit Indescsonline.
In some cases the console undergoes a “glyphch” that forces you to make a “Factory reset” if you want to get back to work.
We have seen that kind of problem in smart phones. To avoid this, the moment you log out, you have to delete the Sony message app instead of opening it in the Placestation.
