The session has failed to review bail requests of former Kosovo Liberation Army General (UÇK) Sylejman Selimi and Jarhir Demak, scheduled to be held last Tuesday by the Kusht Freedom Panel. Until the Supreme Court of Kosovo decides regarding the epilogue of the demand for protection of legitimacy Selimi and Demak will continue to remain in prison.
The constitution for Freedom with Kusht has not been able to review the bail requirements of former Kosovo Liberation Army commander (UÇK) simultaneously of former Kosovo Ambassador to Albania Sylejman Selimi and Jahir Demak.
The first session to be held last Tuesday (17 October) has been suspended, as the Supreme Court of Kosovo has not yet decided about the request for protection of legitimacy over their release from prison, Zeri writes.
Co-ordinator of the Council for Freedom with Condition, Bedri Duraku, has told the newspaper “Zer” that this panel has suspended the session to review these requirements until the Supreme Court of Kosovo's decision about the request for protection of legitimacy made by Sylejman Selimi and Jahir Demaku.
