But, three and a half years after, the crossing linking Kamenica with Medvedja has not yet been opened, KTV reports.
This, even though she has been ready for half a year.
According to the MPB, Serbia is refusing to operate the next border checkpoint in Izvor, whose opening is also part of the agreement reached in Brussels.
For violating this agreement by the Serbian side, the ministry says they have repeatedly addressed the European Union.
At a time when the crossing is standing closed, behind the camera, border police have said that from time to time, they are forced to turn their back on citizens who target the point.
While one time Kosovo police, located in Kapi, have had problems with electricity supply. Two months ago they're facing a shortage of water.
