The Vetevendosje movement has called for moral resignations or dismissals of institutions after the ban on the son of AKI chief Shpend Maxhuni with weapons and drugs.
At a press conference, VV deputy Rexhep Selimi asked Vetting for security institutions.
Kosovo needs not reform in justice, it needs reforms. While in security institutions, Kosovo needs reforms in AKI and Vetting in Police”, Selimi said, Kalxo.com reported.
“The moral resignation or dismissal from these institutions would make the start of reforms”, Kosovo Parliament deputy from the Vetevendosje ranks added.
“Rests as yesterday, where the son of the AKI chief is caught with drugs and weapons is not the first case, after we've seen them several times, evidence that it is the result of the capture of the state”, Selimi said.
These things are happening because of the capture of the state by key leaders. The appointments of state officials as in security and justice are testifying to this and are using it as state cake, agreeing on which to keep AKI in check, which general directorate or State Prosecutor or even deeper”, he added.
These comments were made after the case reported yesterday in the media, under which the son of Kosovo Intelligence Agency chief is part of a criminal outcry after allegedly possession of narcotics and illegal weapons.
