The trial has been opened to an Italian citizen, Alesio Cicero, who in 2011 in Maldive stole several photos of Francisco Tot and Ilari Blazes while on vacation and later sold them to Gossip newspapers in Italy, writes Vip Sport.
The person to whom he had taken the photos without permission was a prominent Italian director, Maurizio Catalan, who was a friend of the couple and had fired them for personal wealth. Panucci, who had been on vacation at the same resort at the time, had been aware of the facts after he knew all the parties involved.
The Italian director is the one who put Cicero on trial, who had taken the camera to draw pictures he had taken and used the opportunity to steal pictures of Tot and his wife. .
That's why Panucci was invited to testify in court, but he didn't appear in the courtroom at Trapani. This has prompted Judge Fabio Oreste Maroko to fine Albania's 250-euro coach and ask him to appear at the next session to give his version of events as a witness to justice.
