The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, immediately after this case was announced, to the suspects has issued the decree on the 48-hour ban, due to suspicion that he has carried out the criminal work APUDumi pledged, from Article 230 paragraph 1 concerning paragraph 3 under paragraph 3 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”, it is said in the announcement of Gjilan's PTH.
In this case, the Prosecutor for Suspects at the Constitutional Court in Gjilan will apply for the detention assignment, as well as all other investigative actions for the lighting of this case will be undertaken.
