Qos: In talks with Serbia not to deny KLA ja, as Rugova once did

Qosja has written that it has long been under way between Pristina and Belgrade for official, political and diplomatic talks. According to him, only by calling these state talks, rather than dialogue, is managed to preserve Kosovo's state dignity.
