Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor, Imer Beka, has confirmed to Periscope that the request for the extent of the ban has already been submitted to the Court, and that the first hearings are expected to be held from today.
Today there has been a request for a three - person detention assignment. Musa Cenna, Nysret Shala and Hazer Shehu. So the request was made and today the Court is expected to hold the first hearing for the detention assignment, Imer Beka said of Periscope.
