The Goga family from Peja is accusing the Islamic Community of Kosovo that without their approval and knowledge it made the exhumation of their family. T. Goga was exhumed after six months to be rehumed just a few meters under the front grave. This is why the state prosecution has launched an investigation. While in BIK they're saying this whole situation has been a mistake

The place where he was originally buried T. Goga had been reserved since 2009 by the Gashi family. This family in that year had reserved for their mother to be buried at the grave of the deceased father, although the lady in question is still alive.

Two weeks ago, the Gashi family had complained at BIK that they were caught in a tomb reserved for their mother. The 81-year-old was buried there.

At this request from the Gashi family, which also owns the report on this reservation, BICU in Pec had decided after six months to exhum the deceased Goga family, who was buried by the tomb of his late brother.

The exhumation took place without the presence of family members of the deceased 81. And that's exactly what it was for the Goga family to have a criminal report on BIKU in Pec.

The newspaper Express, on Tuesday, has stayed in Pec, where it talked to the person who had the burial and then the exhumation of 81.

Isa Agushi, he's been in funerals for 20 years. He had done the same in the case of the deceased. T. Goga. He told Express that his family had chosen the location for the 81-year-old burial.

When the person died in question, two of his family members came and contacted me and told me if he could bury him because it's a free spot near my brother. The worker at Peja's cemetery next shows that a Gashi family man had gone several weeks earlier, demanding that the tomb reserved for a woman be released.

And according to Isa Agushi, the decision on the exhumation of 81-year-old BIK's lawyer in Pec, Jakup Qek

We've even consulted BIK's lawyer with this whole thing. He has come to Vakuf and said that this (family Gashi) owns the document and must release the country. After the deceased's daughter shows up, even though she said she'd come, so we decided to dig her up. We've been looking for enough breasts. The lawyer said that if I didn't get to the other worst murders, and they came and saw the scene, the dagger said that 4 meters was the distance, after no one in the family was showing up, we took the liberty of doing this”, he relates.

Meanwhile, from the Islamic Community to Pec claim this job has already been resolved. Peja's imam Enes Goga on Tuesday admitted to Express that the deceased has been exhumed. The whole thing at Peja's hoja is considering closed.
However, they do not feel the same way about Peja police. The latter have already started with interviewing several people involved in this case.

The police claim that the deceased's sister has presented the case to the police.

Anyone without authorization removes, harms, or hides the corpse, part of it, or the ashes of the dead, is fined or sentenced to imprisonment for up to three years. ”
