As MPJ reports, the Kosovo republic will be represented in this by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Behgjet Pacolli.
“This is a good case for Kosovo's lobby since the meetings -- which will hold the Kosovo delegation, led by Chief Diplomat Pacolli -- will be used to increase the number of recognitions and provide support for the country's membership in the International Organisation”, the MPJ reports.
This year's theme of the XVII Francophony Summit is
“Living in solidarity, sharing of humanitarian values and respect for diversity: a source of peace and prosperity for the Frankophone” community.
