A month of detention for Kosovo that killed husband in France

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina for the appointment of the detention move against defendant Suzana Zogiani due to suspicion that he committed the criminal offence murder by Article 179 par.1.3 and 1.4 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.

The defendant, Susan Zogiani, has been assigned the detention measure during a (1) month, by the date. 05.10.2018 by dt. 05.11.20181818x1>, says the Court Community.

In addition, there is a doubt that on the basis of 21.09.2018, defendant Susan Zogiani in her apartment in France, where she was living with her husband, deliberately deprived her husband of her life cruelly A.S. by ax in the region of her head, of which the same case was left dead.

The court has found that the request for the appointment of the detention measure against defendant S. Z-S is an adequate and necessary measure at this phase of the procedure in view of the heavy burden of criminal acts and the prior conviction for this criminal act, the way and the circumstances under which criminal acts have been committed and its personal characteristics, which indicate the danger that the defendant if found in freedom could escape, since for the same reason the international arrest sheet has been issued.

The side has a right to complaint against that decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
