Nilson was born into a wealthy aristocratic family. She worked as a model, becoming a friend and fashion museum of Alexander McQueen for more than 20 years.
Neilson was also a close friend of the Kate Moss supermodel and Naomi Campbell, actor Jude Law and businessman Richard Branson. Its separation from life has angered many celebrities who have expressed their condolences through social networks.
