Z-Mobile pushes Kosovo Telekom towards bankruptcy, indicted for 30 million of Arbitrazhi

Telephone company “Z Mobile”, which is led by “Devolli Group” owned by Blerim Devulin, has exercised indictments at the Pristina Foundation Court on Kosovo Telecom for the execution of the Arbitrazhi Court's decision in Vienna, which imposes PTK to present “Z Mobile” with 32m euros for disregard of the agreement. “Z [...]
“Z Mobile” has filed charges in the Department of Economic Crimes, so risking even PTK's financial stability.
“Name and execution of Arbitrazhi's foreign decision requires proposor” Dardafon-Net, LLC”, headquartered. “Fushe Kosovo, against opponent of Kosovo's “Telekom” with headquarters in Pristina, with the proposal submitted by the dt. 17.07.2018, next to the Foundation-Departmental Court for Economic Affairs in Pristina”, says in this decision, copies of which have provided “Gazeta Blic”.
However, in May last year several months after the Arbitrazhi Court decided to condemn Telekom to 32m euros for disrespecting the agreement with Z Mobile, former Telekom chief Agron Mustafa, along with Z Mobile management, had reached a commercial compromise. Divololi's Mustafa with a few-minute presentation to the media showed how they had decided to compromise so that Telekom would avoid paying 24m euros because 8m euros have already been paid. They gave no details as to what they were told.
We have reached a deal today that escapes bankruptcy PTK. Kosovo's telecom remains untouched by this indictment, thanks to talks between me and Blerim Devol and the PTK management and Z Mobile”, Mustafa said, presenting the Devuls as survivors of Telekom.
Mr-Mobile's management said it was for noble purposes not to harm Telekom, and it did not show what was to be done in return for this benefit. The second agreement, as criminal as the first, was kept completely hidden.
“Z-Mobile is a company contributing to the overall development of Kosovo society, in no way to shut down jobs, to harm a company much less Telekom”, Milot Gjikoli had said during the public presentation day about the contract.
Based on the contract signed at the time, Telekom is obliged to pay Mr Mobile spending at the Arbitrazhi Court.

The agreement, signed between PTK, either former director Sali Haxja and the company “Devolli” for the creation of “Z mobile”, was consistently rejected by economic experts, as it was considered unfavourable for Kosovo Telecom.
This contract divided profits 72 per cent for “Z Mobile” and only 28 per cent for Kosovo's public telecom company.
This division, which was opposed by all explosives and the public, brought “Devolli Group” or “Z mobile” a sum of 60m euros in profits, but it was not enough. The chief of this phone company, Blerim Devolli, indicted Telekom and won the sum of about 32m euros at the Arbitrazhi Court in Vienna.
