According to the Kosovo lawyer, this idea in political and judicial language is called Anexim. Pallaska says something like that seriously endangers the country's citizenship.
Here is his reaction:
The president for the time being is saying that his idea for “correction of borders” implies only the involvement of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja municipalities within Kosovo's territory without giving Serbia any part of the country's territory.
This idea in political and law language is called ANEKSIM.
Only when it's correctly appointed is it seen how ridiculous this idea is.
Otherwise, with this idea even as a joke, the president is not violating only a simple constitutional provision that prohibits Kosovo's territorial claims on states in the neighbourhood, but is violating Article 1.3 of the Constitution, which includes the main constitutional guarantee with which Kosovo convinced the world that its independence guarantees and contributes to the peace and stability of the region.
Such ideas no matter how funny they look are seriously endangering the country's citizenship.
This political adventure must stop immediately!
