Young people in Kosovo say that without improving working conditions and rising salaries in the private sector, with emphasis on construction, agriculture and trade will not work for any company.
Some of these young people for Radio Free Europe say the conditions employers are offering in the private sector are not acceptable to them.
Construction, trade and manufacturing companies complain they are not finding workers. Unemployment in the country is estimated to reach up to 30 percent.
Student Osan Dula says working conditions are not convenient.
”Pics first are not the convenient conditions for work, the second time is not correct. When you set your schedule for work, your employer tells you that your curfew is eight hours - and then your schedule is extended - you don't have a vacation within a year. Then, salaries are not too big for Kosovo's living standard, prices are expensive, and I think these are some of the aspects people tend to get into private work”, says student Dula.
Rilind Zogu, indicates that there is very little security at work.
Why don't you stop working, I didn't stay at all. Only the cause of security is a little bit bad, because we're seeing a lot of death cases happening, so little more security”, Zogu says.
I would have worked if it had been the biggest salary. It's not the adequate conditions to work, the faculty to do the job, so I hadn't worked on these”, says student Halili.
