Insurance company “AIG” claims that Pascal Duvier and his company “Protect Security” neglected in providing private apartment protection to “Sean” star and now requires $6.1m in compensation.
Kim Kardashian was robbed and bound by several armed men during the Paris Fashion Week in October 2016. “AIG” paid the cost of all the jewelry she was stolen during that surprise attack.
Duvier was then the companion of Kim Kardashian's sisters, Courtney, and Kendall Jenner, with the latter in a nightclub.
“indictment AIG”, delivered to Delaware, reportedly claims to abandon the star by the bodyguard and his security firm, leaving it alone in the room.
French police arrested 10 people in January 2017, following their long hunt for the capture of the gang of robbers.
